In 1992, Dr. Robert E Beck was a very respected research physicist. He was known for his leading-edge designs in measuring subtle magnetic fields and very low frequency fields. His last research scheme in the early 1980's that focused on the brain and altered states of consciousness resulted in the originate of the Brain Tuner. This won him an award from the John Fitzer Foundation.
In March of 1991 he came over an record in a science news magazine about a research scheme at Albert Einstein College of medicine in New York City. The brief record on zapping the Aids virus with a low-voltage electric current was capable of nearly eliminating the virus's ability to infect human white blood cells that were cultured in the laboratory. Doctors William Lyman and Steven Kaali also presented their research at a symposium. This research stirred Bob Beck's interest but when he attempted to get more data the paper they presented at the symposium record had now been deleted.

It wasn't until 1993 when a patent was filed (Us Patent #5,188,738) showing how micro-currents were able to neutralize pathogens, viruses and bacteria that he was finally able to gather the details. The patent was primarily based on using a curative course that would involve removing blood from the body in order to treat it with micro currents of electricity. He later discovered that this research was a rediscovery as many similar patents had been filed over the years exhibiting the effectiveness of electricity for health.
Dr Beck came up with an ingenious technique to pass the required micro-currents into the blood stream while it still flowed undisturbed in the body. He built some units that he used to experiment on himself and some of his friends and at last he re-grew a salutary head of hair and lost his excess weight. He then decided to fund a study with two other doctors that were treating Aids patients at the time. Even though the Aids patients who followed the blood electrification protocol became symptom free, their Pcr test results were not always consistent. The study was discontinued without being published. Regardless of the study Dr Beck and many of his friends were becoming healthier every day and avoiding colds and flu's. He credited his health and new head of hair to blood electrification, ionic-colloidal silver and the magnetic pulse generator.
He also created a straightforward formula to produce ionic/colloidal silver in the home. Before the discovery of Penicillin in 1928 colloidal silver was used to treat a broad spectrum of antimicrobial agents. An commonplace antibiotic kills maybe a half-dozen different disease organisms (no viruses), but colloidal silver is known to be efficient against over 650 disease organisms without causing any known side-effects.
During his involvement with the Aids scheme he discovered that the lymph system was capable of harboring pathogens that lay dormant and would later reinfect the blood. Hence the Magnetic Pulse Generator was born to generate just the right number of micro-currents to illuminate the pathogens from the lymph and tissue. He then began to lecture at varied health Shows sharing his discoveries and personal experiences. His main aim was to distribute the data along with the schematics so that anyone could build their own units for experimentation.
